The conference fees include access to all technical sessions, lunches, tea breaks, conference kit, publication and certificate.

For STUDENT PARTICIPANTS, a Valid Student I.D. will be requested during the registration process. Participants must bring along their I.D to the conference for verification.

In case of withdrawal, cancellation of participation or no-show participation without a valid reason, the conference fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and your paper will not be published.
Please ensure to submit your Abstract first from this website link (PAPERS), after the abstract has been submitted and Letter of Acceptance is issued, you may proceed to fill in the registration form link as below:

Registration & Payment:
Please make sure you have registered under the option 'Registration as Presenter' or 'Registration as Participant Only' before you make payments. Once you have made the payment, keep the receipt and submit it as proof of payment as well under the option 'Submission of Payment Proof'.
